Barry has been a senior strategist for over 30 years. His conferences, seminars, training enterprises and research projects pioneered the field of executive-level business education for IT leaders and CIOs. He has worked closely with many private and public sector organizations to enhance the effectiveness and strategic capabilities of their senior executives and processes. He has served on the Board of Governors for the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC), the Board of Governors of the i-Canada Alliance, and is a member of the board of The Municipal Information Systems Association (MISA) . He was Founding Chairman of the Young Navigators®, a not-for-profit organization designed to assist young adults seeking career opportunities in the information technology sector.
Craigg is an executive advisor, author and management educator whose work focuses on developing greater collaboration and value delivery between business clients and technology resources. For over three decades, he has managed technology-enabled business initiatives and innovations in the finance, logistics and public sectors, and he has become a recognized authority on the modernization of banking systems and technology infrastructures. Craigg is the author of three books on leveraging technology for business innovation, and is a frequent speaker at business, professional and academic conferences. His pragmatic, collaborative business style translates exceptionally well to the education environment.
Young is an accomplished C-level executive with extensive business and technology transformation, corporate governance, and risk management experience in FinTech, Insurance, Telecommunications, and public sectors. Prior to retiring as EVP and CIO of D+H in 2016 she held executive positions at CGI and ReserveAmerica. Young currently serves on the boards of Calian Group Ltd., Joseph Brant Hospital, and Hamilton-Halton Korean-Canadian Association. Young holds a Bachelor of Math (Co-op Computer Science) from the University of Waterloo, as well as the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She has also completed the Queen’s Executive Development program and the Rotman School of Management’s Director Education program.

Scott’s career spans 35 years in information technology and learning and development, culminating in a five-year engagement as President of Global Knowledge Canada – the largest IT training firm in Canada, and the Canadian subsidiary of the largest in the world. Since January 2016, Scott has worked as a Strategic Advisor to executive and senior management teams in North America and Europe. An avid life-long learner, Scott has a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Queen’s University, and an M.Ed. from the University of Toronto, where he specialized in Adult Education and Workplace Learning and Change. Scott has taught and facilitated extensively, has contributed to several technical books, and has spoken to audiences at trade shows and conferences across North America.

Mike is an experienced trainer, consultant, speaker and business executive with a career-long passion for helping IT organizations and their leaders meet their toughest business challenges. He has designed and facilitated workshops on leadership topics such as influence, persuasion and behavioural change for a broad range of audiences and is a member of the Leaders Beyond faculty. Mike previously held executive sales and marketing roles with technology industry leaders Wang, PeopleSoft and Novell.
