New Accredited Fall Programs

We’re thrilled to announce a unique partnership with Schulich ExecEd, aimed at elevating the strategic role of IT within organizations. Leaders Beyond and Schulich ExecEd will offer two innovative programs launching in Fall 2024:

  • The Transformative IT Leader Program: Sep 18 – Oct 18, 2024
  • The Executive IT Leader Program: Oct 23 – Nov 15, 2024

Through these programs delivered interactively, students are transformed into business leaders armed with critical business skills and expertise, and the ability to understand, interpret, and respond to today’s rapidly changing business challenges.

Both modules span eight sessions and include a business case study. Graduates receive confidential feedback and a Schulich certificate upon completion.

Technology Leadership for Business Outcomes

Organizations must constantly adapt and adopt technologies that will improve business outcomes. Technology leaders must now participate in shaping the business strategies that define success. Through case study analysis and real-world problem solving, begin your transformation from an IT professional into a business leader. Challenge, develop and practice your communication, influence, and financial skills in a business context while mastering multi-level teamwork and changes in real-world simulations.

Make the Move from Functional to Enterprise Leadership
October 23 – November 15, 2024

Organizations must constantly adapt and adopt technologies that improve business outcomes. Technology leaders must now participate in shaping the business strategies that define success and lead the digital strategy. In the Executive IT Leader Program, you will explore the executive perspective and enhance your knowledge of enterprise strategy, risk management, and digital transformation, all to improve business outcomes. You will also gain a greater understanding of organizational design and leading change in the digital age.
